For anyone curious, this tech is often referred to as ghost spears. Grab a spear (requires electric spear, playing as Artificer or Pull Spears Out Of Walls remix option). Must be done using a whiplash or while grabbed but not stunned by a vulture/lizard/dropwig. This will cause the spear collision to stay until the room is abstractised (which happens when you move too far from it). This, and many other otherwise unknown techs can be found on the Tech Iceberg found on the RW Discord, in # movement channel

I actually became fairly good at this because i misunderstood that one arti challenge for 5 parries.

Now do Artificer parrying, coward. (I would say Gourmand, but that is just rolling lmao)

Now do it in not controlled environment in campaign/expedition without supply of spears

My personal favorite vulture counter (and counter to everything else in the game) is actually jellyfishes. I mean... it's a reusable stun EMP that gives you a 5 second window to stunlock pretty much everything even with only one spear. It takes a little bit of getting used to since their throwing arc is way different from rocks and spears but if you can master Jellyfish throwing, you can pretty much beat any creature in a 1v1 (yes, even red lizards). On top of that, you can also eat the jellyfish in case of emergencies, and it can be infinitely re-used (unlike explosive spears.)
