Iam a out of state investor and it infuriates me how NO ONE in this presentation bothered to talk about this area with crime ! I mean does anyone think us investors do not do our own due diligence on you ? From what i discovered that your City also had problems with rioters burning buildings down and breaking windows on that SAME STREET !! To add gas on the fire instead of going after these looters and rioters your city reported on news stations 4 , 6 and 12 that you council there voted on DE FUNDING the police to cater to the mob rule you have there ! I also seen that your Alderwoman Coggs was one of the council people that voted to DE FUND police budgets ! So now that you need OUR MONEY your politicians turned there back on investors !
