I have my own head image of All I Ever Wanted applied to Disney cartoon villains. Specifically: Bill Cipher as Jafar (cause of the obsession with omnipotence, particularly the line about having power to revel the Gods and control the stars) Emperor Belos as Claude Frollo (both religious extremists obsessed with withcraft and imposing their prejudiced authority on those they deem non-virtous) Toffee as Scar (cause he's got a iconic wound as a symbol, I think the voice fits pretty well too) Cassandra as Maleficent (cause of the thorns and the talk about being held to standards) but Amelia is actually a very good fit. Finally, I associated Hook to Ludo from Star vs the Forces of Evil due to the grumpy voice and the talk of humble beginnings, but Doofenshmiltz Is actually perfect.
