What is MAWP & Design Pressure?
มุมมอง 1.4K2 ปีที่แล้ว
Learn the Difference between MAWP (Maximum allowable working pressure), and Design Pressure these are two confusing equipment pressure terms.
how to create a blend of 3 crudes say ural, maya, Basra heavy selected from hysys library, i have simulated and got blend of these 3 crudes as "stream 4 " using mixer, but i want to get the yields for the stream 4 ie., the blend of the 3 crudes
sir, How to check cavitation in control valve there is a option available in hysys?
Thank you, very useful 😊
Thanks for your video I have a question. Why did you use the HTFS method instead of Crane?? I did some simulation and different pressure drop value was derived between HTFS and Crane. Do you have any idea of which method is correct?
Why 0.3 bar backpressure?
Very good and informative content. Can you post a video for distillation column simulation with number of trays calculation.
Really good video please share more knowledge sir
Thanks so much for posting!
Can you simulate a gas leak?
You're really calm and not in rush amd explained really well Wish if we could get a complete playlist kind of thing from the people like you for the Aspen simulation
Bro, Can you post😊 one video about the industrial line sizing with some difficult task. So we will get familiar in those topics
how to know vapor fraction if the material is saturated steam?
Very importance
please share contact details.
Very good description. Thank you!!
Thanks
Idk how but on right time u just posted it I was so needing this
Hi mate. This video is very clear. Thanks for that. If you have more video like this it is good for us :)
What about a vessel with hydrocarbons? A more real example
Great videos keep it up
So 7319 kg/hr is choked flow condition, the max flow possible?
7319 kg/hr is the max flow can be possible
Very informative!
Glad you liked it

Good Job Budy.
Thanks
Thanks for your video.🙂🙏
Most welcome 😊
Shall i use this orifice sizing to determine Pipeline leakage rate. for an example, leak hole size is 50 mm (assuming this is orifice size), and upstream conditions are known. Downstream condition is open to atm. Is it correct approach to estimate leakage rate.
Yes you can and the approach you explain above can be used
Thanks bro.@@Processengineeringguy
Good vedios
Good vedios
What will I for reverse flow condition if i am sizing for nitrogen?
Please send me your question on processengineering0605@gmail.com
Can you do for thermal expansion and block discharge case
Please email me on processengineering0605@gmail.com
Thanks for your informative video, I hope to see more videos from you like this one
Nice.. please upload more videos on aspen hysys tutorials
How did you take throat dia 10mm??
No specific reason, just take random size and then you can fine tune as per your process requirement
Keep it up
Thank you so much👍👍 waiting for more videos
Glad you liked it!
That was good, thx
Glad you liked it!
Keep it up man@@Processengineeringguy
Very informative
