Happy New Year Frances! I received my deck from you a few weeks ago and love it! All of this is so new to me so it's still a little foreign feeling but I felt instantly "connected" to it. Silly question: what is your technique for getting a nice smooth "spread" of the cards out on your table? I always seem to get cards stuck on top of one another!

THIS is everything to me right now. It’s been wild, busy, craazzzyyy.. we had a water leak and it ruined our floors and kitchen and everything downstairs right before thanksgiving. I have been pulled in a million directions trying to find a place for our family to rent- thankfully we found one. Now I’m ready for friends that are family to come from South Africa!! Oh Frances, I am so sorry to hear about that really scary experience with you and Margot. I’m so happy to hear that you are both okay, but it’s absolutely traumatizing. Please be gentle with your sweet self knowing that these things happen and you are still fierce mama bear and protector of her. You are hers, she is yours and you will get through this. Parenting is the most humbling role and being able to be honest about how hard it can be can make us move more compassionately with ourselves. Sending so much love and solidarity with you. ❤🙏

Please Please PLEASE always reference many medical commentary / references (of course listen to your body and your own intuition but also follow up with doctors so you can eliminate anything else that might be going on). I had these "falls" and all doctors said I was fine and that it was vitamin c deficiency, but I knew this was more serious. I finally got referred to a neurologist (the family doctor was REALLY annoyed that I kept pushing her). my test results came back that i had neurological spikes confirming epilepsy. I've also experimented getting off anti seizure meds (I also did this very very slowly because you CANNOT go cold turkey with anti seiizure meds) and each time I do, I have more severe "falls" (the last one put me into a hospital and because I am getting older and my body is getting more frail, I want to make sure to stabilize my body). So in my case, doctors can be wrong (and right).

Im just getting to watch this on a Thursday LOL but super excited to jump in!! those questions in the email were hard, but I did them and now im ready to take the leap. Why not?!?! Yay, thank you of your guidance xx - and happy late bday! xx
