Hope you are still out there and taking photos in peace. Have the same camera here in germany (also bought very cheap and replaced the capacitors) and it's nice that this hobby/passion unites us all over the globe.
Why does the camera beep?
This camera has an electronic exposure meter. It works with sound and without sound.
You can choose a mode with or without sound
Where can I buy the capacitor
Ebay, or if you're based in the UK a website called Farnell
I bought on Aliexpress ... 10 pieces for 1$ 220mkf , 4v, 85°C
