What configuration would you use for a brisket please
Heat Deflector in place on the bottom, brisket on top level is what I generally do..Cheers

Hi, i bought the same grill from Costco UK, where did you buy your charcoal basket and ash collection tray?
The basket was from Amazon and I made the Ash collection tray from a stainless steel dog bowl, cut down with an angle grinder

hi I also have a Louisiana Grills Kamado - Where did you source your Ash Basket? and what is the dimensions? I'd also like to make that ash can so would be interested to know the dimensions of the bowl. I've been on the Kamado.co.uk website so would be interested to know if you've researched what accessories would fit with the Louisiana Grills k24 grill. thanks
Hiya, I used my dog's old water bowl and bought a bigger one to replace it. Best thing to do is measure the hole size and then buy a bowl to fit.. The Ash Basket I got from Amazon ( NON Affiliate Link ) www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MR4KO3K/?coliid=I18M9O2UYJY4S3&colid=1BWFFJG38VU8K&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it But if you Google "Kick Ash Basket" there's one that fits the K24 but more expensive option..
