    Wow congrats Steph!!! Thanks for sharing everything! This makes me think of "ENFP self actualization in action" :) I'm curious about the topic of "creators". It's a word I hear a lot - "being a creator". I don't feel that's my primary identity but the current media environment seems to lean toward the creator identity. So I wonder if there are maybe different kinds of creators? Years ago I was exploring career possibilities, starting from scratch. And when I looked into the world of artists I was horrified at the thought of working with objects. It was my first awareness of how draining working with objects is for me. I also felt that the first time I recorded a video on my computer. It was extremely draining lol! I was shocked actually! I had to put music on in the background to give me some energy. Recently I looked at my vision for my life (my ultimate dream life) and there was nothing in it that I'd call being a creator. I could frame it that way but it didn't feel like the primary thing. If you have thoughts about this it would be fun to hear.

    • @StephBenedetto
      @StephBenedetto 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for asking this question, Jen! Yes, I'd love to share more about it. I have a hard time NOT seeing all humans as creators. Our nature is to create: conversations, relationships, concepts, experiences. We are constantly creating. I think an identity as "creator" often gets conflated with being an "artist," ie. someone who makes what is commonly considered art (paintings, drawings, sculpture, music.) The definition of a "creator" is one who brings something into existence. And I'm sure you do that all day long. ✨✨ Before this comment gets inappropriately long for TH-cam (too late!) 😂... I'll share more soon!

    • @StephBenedetto

      The real bully that gets us is the one in our heads who agrees with them. Who cares what other people think? I can't control it. But when I beat myself up and make myself wrong, it's neither true nor helpful. I prefer a heaping dose of grace and compassion. Yes, I have been pushy and know-it-all-y. Still sometimes.
