G.P. DSRPC stages from Oct 22 2016 match

Just a few clips form some of the stages at a local match. I landed in the top 25% so it was a decent result for me.
Malfunction

DSRPC match 7.23.2016 So while shooting a stage I had an issue feeding (which was a bit surprising as those mags have been pretty kind to me). Not sure what locked up, but just having to get it back up and running, and I still managed to pull off 9/10 hits. I was fortunate it was a pretty generous par time.
How much and where do we find one?
The trigger works fantastic! I just recently sent another customer your way too, as I'm trying to encourage others to support the guy that originally came up with this solution for the LabRadar units rather than the knockoffs... Keep up the good work my man!
Thanks for the kind words. Glad the little widget is helping others out there.
Appreciate the review!
Damnit ok ill buy one 😐
Does the LabRadar have to be aimed towards the target? I bought the orange color from you and had too many errors yesterday trying it for the 1st time. I had the LabRadar pointed down range towards the target. I tried the Velcro close to the action and also using Velcro on the scope ring.
I am sorry you are having issues with the trigger unit. Please reach out directly on the website for additional assistance if need be. Yes you still need to aim and configure the labradar as usual. The recoil trigger only helps with regards to triggering if the system isn't triggering for you and your setup (such as with a suppressed rifle). Manipulating the bolt aggressively, releasing the BCG on a gasser, repositioning the rifle abruptly, or generally jostling the rifle will trigger it. These triggers are so sensitive they work on most if not all 22lr recoil pulses so it has to be sensitive. Even if an error occurs from a false trigger (orange light goes dark) just wait for the unit to reset (orange light comes back on) and then fire the shot to trigger the labradar. If the radar unit is in the blast zone from a muzzle brake it can jostle the radar causing acquisition issues as well. If there are concerns regarding aiming or acquiring I would suggest running the system stand alone (without the trigger) in Doppler assuming there are not a bunch of other shooters nearby to verify the radar unit itself is aimed properly internally.
@@gregpiet8428 thanks for replying. It was acquisition problems. I was using multiple rifles and some have radial breaks and others have side-baffle breaks. I believe the 2 with radial breaks were giving me the most trouble. Do you recommend the LabRadar to be at a higher or lower position in relation to the muzzle?
@@ArpexOfficial higher is fine. I have even moved the labradar back to the action or just in front of the ejection port and values are within a a foot or two from the end of barrel fps values
@@gregpiet8428 moved back the rifle, as in the LabRadar is in front right or do you mean the trigger you moved it back? My trigger level for sensitivity is at 1 at the moment.
@@ArpexOfficial sorry... LabRadar
Is the same as the JKL trigger?
Never mind I just did some research and you are the original inventor of this unit. they copied your design. . how do I get one from you? I will not support Chinese copies /patent infringers .
What distance do you set for bullet tracking ?
There isnt one distance set but for the different distances the default values should work pretty well. Depends on the size of the bullet, but for just about everything you should be able to use distances, 5, 10,25,35,50 and get good results. I can spread out the distances and go out to 60 or 70 yards with the last distance getting missed sometimes with 223 or 6mm. For my rimfire I dont go past 35 yards usually.
thank you sir . that is what i needed
Will it work on a handgun rail?
yeah Id like to know too
I am looking at getting one of these. Where can i get one?
The recoil sensor/trigger is my creation. Message me at gregpiet@gmail.com and I'll get you squared away (currently only available in USA)
do you have a email address I don't have a face book account I would like to purchase a recoil trigger.
