What are the butlers like
Our butler was Oscar and he was great! He made our dinner reservations for the teppanyaki table (the only restaurant that requires reservations) and he pre-ordered room service for us to be delivered in the morning before our two excursions. He would also send us a daily check in message with all of the days events and make sure we didn’t have any questions. He was our first point of contact if we had any issues or needed anything (which we didn’t really). We could have easily stayed here without a butler, but it certainly was nice having one!
would this be good for teenage kids?
YES! I recommend this resort to clients with teenagers. They love the water slides, the beach, and all of the great activities available.

Yes, absolutely! Especially if there are issues getting dinner reservations then you can dine at Bloved as a walk in.

I so agree! We stayed at a resort in 2021 that had a fantastic Queen show with real singing! So much better.

Yes! They have a market store you can purchase liquor bottles from. Also check the airport in the duty free section on the way to your transportation. I think they may have bottles there too.

YES it does! Such a great room for an interior price.
