Bro Most of the conductors enabled Airplane Mode to Save The battery .So they can use the machine through out the journey trip. Next time try by asking to Turn off the Airplane mode and Enable internet connection 👍

Sir my experience is not good. Conductors are not used to it. I lost my money today, I had to pay cash and travel. It is not losing the money but the conductor are not enough trained. And more or less if the card does not work it is not my fault, as I have already paid advance money to MTC via recharging this card. The travel made me as if I am person travelling without ticket. Conductor said that it card not working or no signal. I was ashamed it front all passengers. The initiative is good, but not working practically. Thanks.
