@@onthefritzbikingI’m still figuring out my plans for adventures this coming year. May not end up doing much but I have some rail trails on my list. The C&O/GAP trail, the Katy Trail, and the Ohio to Erie trail. Not as adventurous as you trip, but multi-day and nice rides…

Now that sounds like a fun trip!! So the 600x comes with flat bars, but I prefer the look and feel of the H-bars. I also have the 2.5 rise and to be honest, I don’t know how it would’ve handled the climbs without my tent and camera bag in the front, there was definitely some weight in the front tho. Might have to unload the front end and go find some steep stuff to ride up. 😬

If I remember correctly before I started adding the bars, cradle, rear rack, frame bags etc etc, I wanna say 35'ish lbs.

@on_the_FRITZ_media i looked at their website and seems they no longer make the 600x....guess it got replaced by the ADX.

They're the holders that came with the "Microwave Pannier" setup from Rockgeist. It's a stiff HDPE back plate with voile straps on the backside holding it on to the rack.
