I have only found Sezane (jeans) once at Goodwill and it sold for $70 in two hours (probably I could sell it for more but that was in the darkest hours of the poshmark fee change, so I just accepted an offer). Same on everlane bottoms boxes. I got so many size 23. I sold 2 pairs of them so far and I don’t think I even broke even on those but I was at the point where I want them out lol

Duluth isn't sold at costco to my knowledge. It is a bolo brand. hunter, ,an people who work outdoors love Duluth! Don't shortchange your profit it is an expensive brand. Other good outdoor work or hunting/fishing clothing are Cabellas, LL Bean, Bass Pro Shops.

I started looking for a 3rd vehicle after a few years of reselling. I ended up buying a Dodge Journey.

Were the Sperry lace glued like that? I looked up ways to tie sperry laces when I first started reselling, and I thought that was the cutest way, so I tie regular untied sperry laces like that when I resell them, but they can be undone.

So Oct was very unusual. My sales were 🔥until the last week and then crickets. This weekend was my best ever. So I feel like I’m on a roller coaster ride with PM. I only sell on PM also.

October was my best month out of the last 12 months, both in terms of items sold and sales. But I am a part time reseller. Right after the first fee change I was getting 3-6 sales a day which I’ve never had before. Then zero for a few days, more sales and then even more sales when the fee went back. There’s no rhyme or reason why some sellers did better while others did not. I was more consistent for October than I was for September and August so that could have something to do with it. Your sales were good considering a lot of other full time resellers also reported lower sales. Hopefully after the election results are in sales will pick up. 🤞

Yes I watched a lady take a sweatshirt out of my cart while I was waiting for a rotation. I POLITELY WENT TO HER and took it out her hand and walked a way. SHE KNEW WHAT WAS UP I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!!

That lady's wallet being stolen is why I have a card holding phone case. My phone can fit in my pocket and so large no one can steal with without my knowing. This way I don't need to ever leave my ID or Bank Card unattended in places where I shop.

I thought it was just me but I had been going to the bins regularly to source just for myself and I just felt like it was a waste of time because for the time I’d spend there, I would not get enough good items. I think sourcing at regular goodwill gave me more items with higher msrp instead of a bunch of 15-20 dollar items. So happy you did this experiment lol 😆 also keep us updated if they found the person who took your friends bags that’s awful and I think goodwill should stay on top of those things

Hi Riley, When you check comps, do you mainly look on Poshmark since that’s the only platform you use? I get overwhelmed checking eBay since there’s usually a huge range of prices. Maybe eBay is a good starting point but PM ultimately determines the price since you only list there? Curious about your process. I currently list on PM and dabble in cross listing to eBay. I plan to stop. It’s a waste of money and time for the stage of business I am in right now (started 6months ago). I just hope the new fee structure doesn’t mess everyone up. It makes me nervous. 😬 I appreciate the ease of PM with what they handle for the seller. I just need to aim for a low cog to make it worthwhile. Taking that huge cut from the seller really eats away at the profit. And on top of the offer to liker discount. 😮 thanks for all your content. I enjoy watching and learning from you 😊
