Looking 'BACK' at this was a lovely journey into the past... loved it. I am amazed how clearly I could feel everyone's energy as if it was happening all fresh again. 💜💜🤎💜💜

I clicked on this video on a whim while I was feeling somewhat down and looking for something to boost me up again. Immediately, as soon as you ladies began talking, I felt practically like a battery being recharged. The wave of positive energy and love I felt from hearing your wisdom and anecdotes were exactly what I didn't know I needed - they altered the course of my entire day. The note about the molecules of the water being changed based on the energy given to it was profound: it was a fantastic reminder to practice kindness to myself and be so aware of the thoughts I'm lingering on. This conversation made it's way to me - a penny left in a waiting room! Thank you!

I have a lot of effusive words of praise for this interview and all the beautiful things I experienced while watching this. It was so deeply affecting and quite 'magical' --- especially the Sound Bath. That was the most effective one I have ever had. My connection to to two of you was so vividly grounded in purity the more of the interview I saw. But that SOUND BATH!! lol I found myself harmonising with the notes Dr. Kathia sang and the effect inside me was astounding. THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH !!

THIS was the most fulfilling one of the meditations yet for me. I can't begin to share how intense it was to me. I reached depths of levels that I had not accessed since the early 80s when I studied with Burt in NYC when he joined forces with Jose Silva for the Silva Method. It was quite a welcome Spiritual experience. I saw familiar 'creations' from back then, and made new creations in the 'buildings' that we built this time. THANK YOU Kate for guiding us so well and with such caring. <3
