    Tacklling a serious subject such as mental health and how you managed it is so personal. Good on you for sharing your experiences and what worked for you along with the traps. The existing problems with Australian drinking culture are widespread. You discovered how it only delays resolutions, doesn't resolve them. I love the idea of your dad riding shotgun with you, as I do the same with my dad. You took responsibility and made yourself accountable, that takes so much courage and strength. And cheers to Shaun and Sarah for being the best friends. XOXO What you said about wanting others in your life who have similar values is actually vital and def not superficial. Purpose and pride in how you handle it and its challenges are important too. Proud of you Michael, so very much. And I couldn't agree more with the 'this is our argument no need to involve others' thing. Never air your laundry for others, truly.

    Hell yeah! Love the wild card ep. Can confirm, 15 x year olds is impossible if they are armed, however if the rules don't stop me from disarming one or two and using the clubs myself, you can maybe make it through 1.5 waves.
