Just had this done yesterday and I felt the first 0:40 seconds of everything you said 😅, it is so uncomfortable being a mouth breather and hard to sleep at night but I’m hopeful I will be able to breathe better in the long run and stop feeling so tired all the time. I had the surgery 2 weeks ago. The nose gauze is so horrible. Terribly uncomfortable when it's in and super painful to remove.

For this size chain you should leave it in there for 5 mins and use a old tooth brush to finish faster. The little brush provided is more for rings and smaller jewelry to get into all details. You have a beefy chain there. 💪🏼 Keep shining!!

Careful with the polishing cloth on those. They have a polish put on by the guys at the shop ive heard and if you take a polish cloth to it then it will dull that shine. Ive definitely experienced this dulling with my first chain but from Jacoje, i ran the polishing cloth over it every week and its discernably darker than my rope I got from him a year later and never hit with a cloth. Still rope looks new to this day. Id just use the same method with dish soap and water with an ultrasonic cleaner.

Why everyone is having them removed in 2 or 3 days but I have to remove them in 5 days because that is how it is in The Netherlands!!!!! I am on my 3 rd day still 2 days to go 😢

Why does it not weigh more at 10mm?

I only had to have the packing in for 24hrs. I started sneezing (as much as you CAN sneeze when you have your entire nasal cavity packed tight) 14 hours post surgery and had to go back to the hospital because it was slowly coming out...I literally couldn't stop sneezing because it was tickling me, they gave me enough medicine to nake me sleep until I had to have the gauze taken out. The gauze that they pulled out was 3 feet long. Not a fun time for sure. But totally worth it.
