I made an animation on Albert Wesker from Resident Evil 5. I don't own the music or sound effects but I do own all the pictures in this video. (There is a second animation, which is the same but not strike. with a different music from 1:39 to 2:11) Enjoy watching

I can recommend dipping the bar deeper so it touches your chest. You'll get more muscle stimulation and growth from the deep stretch and possibly doing the reps a bit slower, depending on what type of strength you want. Have a great one!
Thanks, but i did not have anyone to spot me, and i was 2hours in the gym. It was just too risky to go lower with the bar😂 but thanks you anyway man
