Great video Adam !!!! Simple strait forward in a way my wife could understand it. Keep up the good work hope to see you out on the river 😎
Black &blue Dennys Bauer rattle back structure jig, tipped with blue super chunk.aroind shallow wood and deeper wood also
Unfortunately where I'm from by the salmon river in upstate NY flossing is considered snagging and will get you in serious trouble.
thats unfortunate.
a TIP especially on the doc, pull it down river and it will go up river and tire itself out especially if its a big king.
Thats the B&B dock in Soldotna, aka Tim bergs Trophy Lodge. I've caught tons of sockeye off the dock.
love that place! the staff is phenomenal.
just use a baitcaster, jesus.
Thank you for the comment. All of Alaska hasn’t heard of that.
It turns out that anglers use spinning gear, bait casters and fly rods, which all work!🙂
nice attacks in there
Love the channel! Think the weather we had pussed em back down or think there still staging
Thanks for sharing
Do you miss Norris? Lol. Jay.😅
I’m so glad there is someone who finally does Cumberland updates. Thanks!
What type of jerkbait was you using if u don’t mind me asking

Be down March 30 2024 for
For a bass tournament thanks for the tips
Nice day!! I had similar day with friend at Pickwick once..caught 15 of our 17 keepers (15 of which smallies) off a 3inch Ned righ and drop shot..23.9lbs! We were barely ahead of the spawn and spent 7-8 hours 1 mile from the dock in a small small cove. It can be special! Smallest smallmouth was 3.8lbs I’ll never forget that! Them days and times are special for largemouth too! Nice job! Going to Cumberland myself for a tourney this weekend!
What part of the lake were you?
from conley bottom down
I think we ran into you that morning gave us some tips
flossing is the Alaskan term for snagging here in Oregon. We call it wrapping line. lol
Flossing isn't snagging.
@@xplicitfishin lolol i spent 23 yrs in Ak 5 in soldotna lol it's snagging. Just because you're hooking them in the mouth don't mean they're biting and you know that kid 😂 The ole Sokeye Charlie
@xplicitfishin the dude literally says it's the same thing. There's no guarantee you'll hit the fishes mouth.
Hey Adam, I’ve been watching your video’s in preparation for a week long trip to Cumberland on march 10th -17th. You’re the only person I’ve found putting out good content on Cumberland! Any tips on the creeks we should fish or the conditions we should expect with our trip dates?
Seriously one of the best videos I've watched on the art of flossing for reds. Explained in an easy to understand, and straightforward way.😊
Kellie and I not switching was funny...lol
is this toothpick and shanna?
Yep
We've done everything over the years my favorite is Kodiak silvers they hit great a lot of the times. September. 🎣🐻✌️🕺
at least flossing is not as DISGUSTING as those half wits using treblehooks with leads to rip snag violently into the poor fish.
In the saltwater, it's no holds barred, anything goes!
@@benjeanettebooth1800 talking to you about ethics is like talking to a donkey about algebra.
Its legal in Seward
You folks are really good!
Lots of info in this video. Nice job!
What facility is this?
picklelodge in cincy
Fishin vids?
around first of march, I'll get back at it.
And I thought my club had confusing PB court lines... geez 😆
Adam have you been fishing any. South centrals are about to start.
Another talk show
Have you been fishing any?
Great video !
Hey Adam, I really appreciate your videos, I notice you don’t fish much after April. I’m headed down with my sons and grandsons this weekend, gonna go after some striper. Then see if we can find a few smallmouth, you have any pointers on which areas we should try points, main lake etc. any help would be appreciated.
I really just get tired of editing video lol. I went Sunday and we caught 25-30 w Slone good size mixed in. Waters 80 and very clear. Topwater main lake stuff early then transition to finesse gear on long extended points once the suns out.
Hey Adam, Heading down to Cumberland on Tuesday May16 and staying til Thursday 18, 2023. Any info would be helpful !! Thanks. Tommy
Topwater is heating up big time. They’re off the nest and chewin!
Great info man, got me wanting to try Cumberland. Haven't fished it in years.
Nice largemouth brother!!! killing them
Great video man!!!!!
I love your videos. I never do very good myself. I’m going Tuesday the 25 th. Which two creeks would you advise I try out first? Thanks
Wolf and caney are great this time of year. Faubush and white oak aren’t bad either!
Iv noticed the same thing but iv been using a craw
What color were y’all throwin on that t-max and zoom trick worm?
Any natural color works. Luke was throwing green pumpkin, I was throwing punkinseen
Gotcha, idk if I’ll make it to Cumberland. I got Saturday and Sunday and neither are particularly ideal weather days so I might end up at green river but I think it fishes pretty similar to Cumberland or laurel
We’re they in the backs of creeks and are they already on beds
Yes and yes
@@ajones68 thanks man we got a tournament on Saturday.
We seen u at the ramp that morning and we struggled only caught a few love your videos and the fact that you give away your secrets is commendable. Keep up the good work
Really appreciate the kind words dude!
Thanks for info,
How do you rig live bait? And do you cast net for em or buy em?
You can just buy em all around the lane. Simple split shot rig
Nice job Adam it was great to see the young man have a huge day. Going to be there this Saturday that place ought to be ripe by this weekend. What was water temp?
the place is absolutely on fire. 57-59 . Warmer in the creeks, cooler on main channel.
Is it a time of day thing too ?
Normally it’s only a morning deal, but they ate it all day Sunday.
Where do you play pickleball? We play a ton in Somerset.
We’re in Lexington and play all over. I’d love to play w you guys after a day of fishing!
Good to see you back at it.
Wish I knew that pattern about noon yesterday. It would have definitely helped our weight in the USA Bassin tournament. Thanks for the info.
Hey man just wanted to say I love your videos, I have a (kayak) tournament coming up on Cumberland this Saturday, any advice or tips? This will be my first bass tournament ever!
The mouths of pockets w shakey heads are super tough to beat this time of year
