@@dulanjaleechathuranga5556 Hi, if you have registration certificate they should supply you with good standing. They ask service letter or registration letter. If you can get one from your hospital. Or otherwise call SLNC and ask about it. Actually, I have no idea about leave form. just ask them. Good luck 👍💐
Thank you very much, Madu, for this valuable information. I have several questions. I hold a government nursing diploma, a BSc in Nursing Studies (from IIHS), and have over two years of experience after registering with the SLNC (with more than three years of experience post-appointment). However, due to unavoidable personal circumstances, I recently had to leave my government nursing job in Sri Lanka before completing the required five years, and I left without notifying the hospital. I have since moved to Australia as a dependent. I have all the necessary documents you mentioned, except for the Certificate of Good Standing. If I request this certificate from SLNC when it’s required by AHPRA, will SLNC issue it to me? What are the legal implications of my situation? Are there any other challenges I might face during the OBA process due to leaving my job before the five-year mark without notice? Note: I plan to pursue the OBA process as an onshore applicant.
@@asithaindrajith4549 No leagal obligations at all. Do not hesitate to apply, just apply. Regarding good standing , if you have SLNC registration certificate they should supply with a good standing without having any issue They might ask your service letter or resignation letter. So work on it. May be you can get the resignation from hospital by paying government bond. Call them after 9am and get the information. Good luck 👍 One another thing, did you get your diploma transcript ? They also ask for resignation. Wish you all the best 💐

Any job you can do. Apply in seek. For age care they request certificates in aging or disability for community. I recommend age care and if you have exelent communication skills try in the reception in GP clinic. I had certificate 4 in aging.

Are there any issues in IHM Advanced certificate course in Nursing and NCLEX OSCE and AHPRA registration path? My PTE score is 62...graduated nurse with 5 years experience
Not that I know of. I have no idea about IHM as never follow their pathway

Doesn't matter as long as you have SLNC registration certificate, diploma transcript and degree + transcript you can apply

If you are still in the process do not get the good standing until they request it from you. It’s only valid 3months.

@@amaduniramanayaka6064 if you get the registration with Ahpra and have 65 points or more, with skills assessment you can apply. No waiting time for apply but know one knows when it will be granted 👍🏻

@@navodahenadeera6677 yes if you have the documents needed you can apply for SL registration, however you have to visit SL. Clarify with SLNC by calling them after 9am weekdays 👍🏻

@@anjisilva9 As I know, yes. They allow to get a job as PCA or nursing assistant with nursing undergrad. Better you do certicate 3 or 4 courses before you come. You can have a job straight away 👍🏻

@@user-re8no7qx3e to get the good standing from SLNC just clarify with them. I worked Japura hospital and I paid bond to hospital 18laks so they gave a letter to SLNC. Just clarify.

Ms, currently im working as a nurse in private hospital , SL. I have PHRC registration as well.in these days i hope to try to OBA process. but if i migrate before OBA process, Do I need an Aged Care Certificate in addition to the Nursing Diploma and degree certificate ? Or can i find a job as a age careworker with my degree and diploma certificate only till complete OBA.?
1. Check if you can apply with PHRC 2. You need age care certification most of the time for age care job

@@AusceylonNurseVlog what about IHM in Australia it is two weeks programme and cost is 2000 AUD.. because I am working as a nurse and it's difficult to take more leave to be in Australia once after I come for OSCE..but I must follow preparation course also...I feel it's so hard to reach this goal with this osce..if I fail in this osce..how many attempts can I try
1. I went to NAI and pass rate is higher. I can not recommend any other because I haven’t follow their courses. 2. You should practice at least 2 months in a lab so should have 3 months. 3. You can have multiple attempts no limits but better you try doing it at once because it cost $4000 plus travel money and loooots of energy to do it again So try your level best to get the leave, complete the learning and clear exams at once.
