The complex was visited by the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven for a good harvest. The Temple of Heaven was inscribed as a World Heritage site in 1998 and was described as "a masterpiece of architecture and landscape design which simply and graphically illustrates a cosmogony of great importance for the evolution of one of the world's great civilizations."

The Problem with ur narrative is the naming of the structure as tombs,which is the usual government scientists bs as claimed with all pyramids,yet none have ever produced a skeleton body or coffin of types. So how many bodies were located in these structures?.NONE. U probably don't know shit about these structures as China never let any foreign archaeologists in to China to do any work on 302 of its known pyramid They claim INCA BUILT PUMA PUNKU, TIOTEHUCAN,SACSAYHUAMAN WHEN ITS CLEAR TO SEE THIER POOR STONE WIRK COMPARED TO THE STONE WORK BELOW THIERS IS BEYOND OUR ABILITY TODAY LET ALONE INCA. If they built huge structure for the dead, what do u think they built for the living? Wooden huts, caves, mudd shacks or intelligently designed stone homes. So where are the homes ?
