I played against him in high school
Raiders went 11-5 in ‘02. 10-6 in ‘01 when they should have won it all but got fucked by the tuck. Their best team was 2000 though. If fat ass Tony Siragusa didn’t pancake Rich, they had a good shot
Looks like Sale is again causing the team that traded him away look like idiots. On Sept 1, he is 15 and 3 with the Braves with a 2.58 ERA and 197 strikeouts. Most likely will win the NL Cy Young award.
Idk what you're thinking. 6'2 with 4.58 speed can play almost anywhere, Especially in the 1980s.
Waiting for you to do a video on any NFL player named Smith or Jones.
Average career is only 3 years if you're a bonified bum
Fire video
Earned a like off that Karl Malone joke lol
Would it have been a sub if I put Josh Giddy 😂
As a Raider fan, I like Gannon a lot, so I subbed!
I appreciate that a lot! More sports and video game content like this coming soon!
TB12 also fought Father Time! LOL😂
I get the feeling your a jets fan or a philly fan
February 3rd, 2008 my friend. Hopefully that narrows down my favorite team. F*ck the Giants
Bro as a Giants fan I respect this man for saying February 3, 2008.
@Shells_Clips bro, why the pats of all teams? Not trying to clown on you but I hope the last couple of seasons have helped yall feel what's it's been like for the rest of us
The Karl Malone pic 🤣
😂😂😂
Memories
I belived in James Young 🤦🏽♂️
Bro my guy was RJ Hunter! Thought that mans was gonna be a stud!
Another 1 🤦🏽♂️ 😂, we live through the lows, and now we Riding High Bro. Let’s go Celtics!
Lol
on a 2pt is crazier
Just to rub it in a bit 😂
TUBBY!
Last year? Please tell me how the kicking mrchanics changed from last year 😂
He was referring to Madden. If the Madden kicking meter was in the game, everyone would've kicked it
@@Shells_Clips that makes sense, apologies and carry on lol
여기도 루심 수준이 ...?
The thing i hate the most about the celtics is celtic fans and their stink!
The 96-97 team was 15-67 They were the worst... Todd Day Dana Barrows Rick Fox, it was Antione Walkers rookie year when he was the best that we had followed by prob David Wesley, Eric Williams Rick Fox and Dino Radja....Dino was actually a beast when he could stay healthy...he was a walking double double...He went back overseas after 96-97 and is actually in the Basketball Hall of Fame
Haha, they in fact did not lol!
"Dayyyyyyyyyyy"
Jerry Reese was the GM during those SB. You should have started there. Over Jerry's decade of tenor as the GM of the Giants, he drafted two OL in the first round. Justin Pugh, who was ok, but played out of position and was hurt most of his Giants career. Then maybe his worst pick Eric Flowers in the top ten. Reese was known for drafting DBs and WRs. With a none mobile aging QB, it's crime to not have been loaded with 1st and 2nd picks on OL. I liked Jerry, and it's surprising that he never got a second job, but he was gifted that 08' SB team and pretty much wasted Eli last few good years 12-18. I don't think we could have won another SB in those years, as it's hard to have three stars on the DL for almost 20 years. (Strehan , Tuck, Osi, and JPP) I know you're not a Giants fan, but we like the content, you kinda forgot the JPP blowing his figure off, and DeAndre Baker getting released for fake robbery ( Should have drafted AJ Brown, DK, Terry Mclaurin, or Debo 🤬 that draft after trading OBJ to build around your young QB)
Nah you make a lot of good points. Should’ve talked more about Jerry Reese, DEFINITELY should’ve mentioned Eric Flowers more. There were a lot of things I got wrong in this video, it was definitely rushed for what I wanted to do. I was trying to hit a deadline rather than making sure it looked good. And the result shows. It’s not as in depth as I wanted and some points of audio are shit. But hey, I learn from it, I learn to take my time, and my videos come out better. I appreciate the critiques my friend.
Dynasty stopped when Plexico shot himself. That season, the Giants were a 1seed and 11-1 when that happened. That year, Cardinals went to SB to play the Steelers. That was the Giants best team. If Eli won three SB within 5 years, that would, and it should have been a Dynasty. And yes, Eli man is first ballot HOF. It would be a Pats fan to say he's not. #18-1😅
It’s Faverani, not Favarini. And who the fuck are you?
I remember this team lol 😂 I had league watching them
Go Celtics 💪💯☘️ The Mid 90 s were also bad not good my man
Do Kyle Wright, my second cousin 💪
Nah thats crazy btw were you safe or out
Fortunately safe!!!
Hey man Phil Pressey is actually on our 2024 Coaching team, he's a Champion now with us.
I actually did not know this. I will put some respect on his name 😂
It was so good to see the Celtics finally win it all. I shed some tears of joy, particularly for the likes of Al Horford
He deserved it years ago but I’m so glad we got it for him now!
i think about those 2013/14 celtics a lot, and i still enjoyed them but i could understand being disappointed as a spoiled 14 yr old who had only seen the team succeed at a high level. it was a fun ragtag group of guys. phil pressey was probably the worst player that i ever enjoyed watching. he was straight up bad but he worked so hard out there as by far the shortest player on the court. they did turn this group of misfits into a genuinely entertaining amalgamation of mediocrity the season after, with "fan favorites" jerebko and evan turner coming in (damn i loved ET) and the midseason trades of rondo for jae/wright and bringing in pre-peak IT. thats when the brad stevens magic really started showing. dude had tyler zeller looking like a capable center for a sec. loved that gang. watching the team evolve through the post-pp/kg years and seeing it all come together now has been awesome. these stepping stone years are a joy to look back on imo.
I completely agree. After that season, I started watching the Celtics not expecting them to be competitive and having fun with it, building a connection to the players. Jerebko is still one of my favorite players to this day. Smart became the heart and soul of Boston. Zeller, Kelly, Bradley, Turner, I never expected them to be stars but I loved them for the role they played. So I completely agree with you.
@@Shells_Clips i dont know how i completely neglected to mention smart's rookie year. he was my favorite on the team through his tenure. sometimes tough decisions have to be made
1:00 "The Celtics went from a Dynasty, to selling off their old, but good pieces." I'm a huge Celtics fan, and love KG and Pierce, but we were definitely not a Dynasty.
You're right but they had potential to be. If they win in 10 are we calling them a dynasty?
Wrong We got rid of old pieces that didnt work Jt an jb are the face of the franchise
Rough times
We got through them though and now we on top of the world!
Rajon Rondo was a role player who was mistakenly considered to be a franchise player.
You watch your damn mouth! We do not tolerate any Rondo hate around here!
@@Shells_Clips I don't hate Rondo. I am a Celtics fan since 1979 but reality is a reality.
The fact that the Celtics missed the playoffs only 1 season in the past 16 seasons is impressive.
I started watching the Celtics in 1981. I understand your pain.
I saw this team play in Phoenix. Even though the Celtics loss, it was still fun to see the Celtics play in-person.
I'm in Denver I know the feeling!
You must not be old enough to remember the 90's Celtics. The Dino Radja era. 😞 The deaths of Len Bias and Reggie Lewis crippled them for years. Great vid though.
The Celtics had some guys that played for the team in the 90s that had no business playing at all.
I appreciate the love my friend, you gotta forgive me I was born in 99 so 07 and 14 are the worst I've ever seen personally!
@@Shells_Clips Go watch some videos of the Celtics after Reggie Lewis passed away. Those were some hard times. Watching an aging Dominique Wilkins with Sherman Douglas and Dee Brown make the playoffs was the only bright spot until the team drafted Toine and later on Pierce.
That's what I was thinking when the video was titled the worst years of the Celtics and it didn't start off in the 90s I was confused
@@TheRealMRGG85 Todd Day, Pervis Ellison, Dwayne Schintzius and Chris Corchiani says it all. The best free agent acquisitions during that time were aging superstars in Xavier McDaniel and Dominique Wilkins.
lol. I loved this team. I remember all the excuses I would make as to why they are better than expected. Still never missed a game even during this period of the team
lol. I loved this team. I remember all the excuses I would make as to why they are better than expected. Still never missed a game even during this period of the team
so toxic with the fuck ray allen. stopped watching after that
Had to keep the audience watching with a joke. My personal opinion on Ray Allen is I like him. Did a lot of good things in Boston. I didn’t mean it, just a joke to keep the audience engaged
@@Shells_Clips ok i respect that! don't need to sell out to appease others. ray is a legend, and the team tried to move him several times before he left.
Thank God Trader Danny outsourced the rebuild to the Nets. I dreaded another 90's dark ages. Brad was also no Pitino. Despite the early struggles, he's actually an excellent coach.
Couldn’t have said that better myself
How could you forget the Jeff Green game winner over the Heat. I guess, only real ones know.
Boston legend cause of that shot!🫡
Uhh he had the clip of him hitting the shot in the video.
Yup 25-57 learning how to lose and still coming together as a team no egos just go out there and play your games.
@AD-vf3ek Gerald Wallace made that Green shot happen, too
Only for the true fans. I was a fan since 08 and it was heartbraking trading away KG, the Truth and then Rondo. But it was best for business, Ainge knew what he was doing. But I remember watching those games and it was horrendous. Still there were some highlights. Jamal Crawford playing like a all-star for 2 and 1/2 months, Sullinger being labelled the next Kevin Love, Jeff Green always promising and never delivering, Evan Turner reclmation project. Avery Bradley being a absolute menace on defense, and the team always competing even when losing. Brad Stevens's schemes were always fun to watch, it were rough times but now we reached the mountain top again. Thank you Brooklyn for the picks :)
Brooklyn definitely helped speed up the process!
"I only remember the Celtics winning" - let me tell you about the mid to late 90s, son....
and the 2005 -2007 seasons
1995-2007 was the most brutal stretch of Celtics basketball in history. They did have a couple of decent seasons in the early 2000s with Pierce and Walker. Those late 90s teams before Pierce were unwatchable and we didn't even get Tim Duncan for our troubles.
In my defense, I only started watching the Celtics in 2007, but I was born in 99. So I couldn't watch those old teams, but my old man has educated me on them! I never lived through them myself, but I've seen my highlights of the Pierce and Walker led Celtics!
good video man, loved it. happy we finally won!
My guy! I appreciate the love on the video!
Micheal griffin
can i get trent seigeue
Dude why do you have that picture of shirtless men up there so long?🤦🏿♂️
Cause I don't show my face on here, and I feel my logo would be boring for the little intro section, so I decided to put that up!
