I've just received my G660 un boxed and assembled, have gone over and double checked every nut n bolt,just can't get it to fire up???running 40.1 fuel,plug has been in and out numerous times,and there is a strong smell of fuel after pullstart?so it's getting fuel???

Check your carburetor for fast idle position. if the throttle plate is completely closed , your saw wont start. There are 2 carburetors for this saw. One depends on the plastic choke shaft and trigger and the other has a cam linkage that insures the fast idle stays open.

How difficult was it to add the 35. Did it bolt right up or did you have to make a lot of mods?

It’s machines like this that HELP humans that makes me wonder what is wrong with people having their jobs replaced by robots. Gads… before, men (big, strong MULTIPLE men) had to get this log handled. I just think WE as a society need to work smarter, not harder and receive a Universal Basic Income so that we can choose to do things we love to do - most of us LOVE something and LOVE to do it so we WILL work - whilst robots and computers make our lives better, easier, less stressful and more fulfilling. Can you imagine driving the rig, moving the logs and prepping them for our use? Now just take it a step further and let robots do more of it. Great… you just witnessed it with the technology we currently have. Humans will ALWAYS be needed. We have skills no robot can learn. Discernment and beauty? That takes a human.

You need some wd-40, Lube it up my guy. Then get a torch and put some heat on it. Finally it should come right off.
