We're Kari and Bill (KA+BI=KABI, pronounced K-B)
We've been married since Groundhog's Day, 2009. We like to travel, including to our favorite place - Disney World. In fact, we were married at Disney World!
After several trips to the "house of mouse" Kari finally convinced Bill to start this travel vlog. But we're not just Disney, we'll vlog wherever the road may take us.
We like to make these vlogs for several reasons: for fun, to encourage ourselves to get out of our shells and experience life more, and to hopefully help others by letting them experience part of our journeys.
Please join us as we see what's out there!

Disney Wonder: Ketchikan, Alaska
Our last port stop of our Disney Wonder Cruise was to Ketchikan. The Wonder docked a little later than usual, so we spent our morning eating some breakfast and enjoying the hot tub in the adults only pool area.
Once we docked, it was time for our port excursion, we boarded a bus for George Inlet Lodge. Upon our arrival, we boarded a boat and cruised around the sound eventually making our way to crab pots. Here, we pulled a crab pot on board and learned a lot about Dungeness Crab. Bill even wore one as a hat!
After our boat ride concluded, it was time to eat some crab! After a short tutorial on how to eat crab, we were then served the most amazing Dungeness Crab! We also participated in a crab stacking contest, where a couple of tables got very creative with their crab stacking.
After lunch, it was a bus ride back to port where we spent the rest of the afternoon exploring Ketchikan. We took a short walk up to Creek Street where in addition to the cute shops that lined the creek, we also saw salmon and even a harbor seal swimming. We then explored the rest of the port area before it was time to say good-bye and get back on board the Wonder.
Once on board, we headed to the evenings show in the Walt Disney Theater, Jon Armstrong. Then it was time for 2010's trivia, where Kari soon learned that she knew nothing about 2010's music. After we were schooled in music trivia, it was time for the New Orleans menu at Tiana's Place. We enjoyed a delicious meal concluding with Tiana's man-catching beignets. We called it an early night excited for one last day at sea.

Disney Wonder: Mendenhall Glacier & Whale Quest
มุมมอง 6714 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
The Disney Cruise Line excursion Mendenhall Glacier and Whale Quest started with a 3-hour whale watching tour. During this tour, we saw more of Alaska's beautiful landscape - views of Mendenhall Glacier and mountains. We also saw seals and Dall's porpoises, but the main attraction was the whales, and we saw so many of them! After our whale watching tour was over, we boarded our bus and were tak...
Disney Wonder: Juneau, Alaska

Our second port stop took us to Alaska's capital city, Juneau. This city is known for its glaciers and its whales, and we were lucky to see both. We had an early morning excursion, so after breakfast we were escorted off the Wonder and headed to our first stop, a whale watching tour. We saw so many whales on this excursion, along with seals, Dall's porpoises, and beautiful scenery. After our to...

After 2 days of sailing through the beautiful Alaskan wilderness, it was time for our first port stop, the city of Skagway. Our day started boarding a bus that would take us into the Yukon Territory of Ca...

We finally made it to land! Our first port stop of our Alaskan adventure is the city of Skagway, and we had a busy day planned. Our excursion for the day was the Yukon Expedition and we were headed to Canada. The excursion started with a bus trip to the Yukon, with many scenic stops along the way. We had lunch and played with puppies outside of Carcross. We then had a stop in the town of Carcro...
Disney Wonder: Glacier Explorer Excursion
มุมมอง 14614 วันที่ผ่านมา
Join us for a detailed view of the Disney Wonder Glacier Explorer excursion. This excursion takes you off the Disney Wonder onto a smaller ship. The smaller ship takes you down to the glacier (which glacier depends on the weather; this excursion took us to the Dawes Glacier). Along the journey, you see waterfalls, glacier ice, and lots of wildlife before you come close to the glacier itself. It...

Travel Day to Vancouver for Disney Alaskan Cruise
Happy holidays from the one and only Dancer!
I went there yesterday
Molly of denali
Loved this one! I’ve been designing thumbnails for a while and would love to share a few tips or even mock up a new design for you to check out. Let me know.
Kariiiiii you’re stunning in that light purple sweater!!!
Wow what a difference now compared to when I was in Glacier Bay in 1982 on the Island Princess. Even your excursion boat didn't get close. We sailed right up to the glaciers , both John Hopkins and Margerie/Grand Pacific glaciers (back then they were merged together) we even sailed up Muir Inlet and got pretty close to Muir Glacier. Time's have sure changed!! If you like to get a feel for what it was like back then, you could watch the Alaska episodes of the Love Boat which was filmed on the same ship.
Their donuts are so damn good
Beautiful but expensive I have 4 grandchildren so for family with a lot of children they will never get a chance to see it
I recognize the bartender in the video. He made that same shot on the Wish in April 2023
Oh my gosh we’re the newlyweds from this video!! Hi!! We love your videos
Also just keep in mind that whenever you’re chosen to play Match Your Mate, if you match your Partner’s Answer, high-five your Partner.
My husband and I actually were picked as a couple to play on match your mate 😂
Thans for doing this We are on this one
Fun to see this event. I hadnt heard about it. I like those after hour events, like one I did at Como Park. This one looks especially fun, food and drinks except the crickets.
Lovely
Is this only a day at sea booking?
We loved Palo on the Magic so we would love to try it on the Wonder. The Pin was definitely a nice touch. Its such a fancy experience. Thanks for sharing xx
I did this last fall on The Dream. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We had a full informational class.
Thanks for showing the magic bands. I’m debating on getting the new one for The Treasure
Ha! You caught my husband in a deck chair already looking like he is completely over the cruise while watching our kid go down the slide a million times that first day. (In reality he had a good time, I promise.)
This was the first time my child being in a parade for boy scouts thank you for capturing that moment ❤
As a Minnesota girl (from Anoka) that now lives in Indiana, your videos make me feel at home ❤ absolutely love your content!
😎 👍
Thanks for coming out to see the parade!!!
What a fun event. I live in Burnsville and have only been to the daytime parade in Anoka. Thanks for sharing!
i was there,it was amazing!
Is Vancouver in Canada
This is more useful than their website.
I have been going to Pinehaven, since the 1990's, when it was much smaller and man has it grown, it is so much fun and I am looking forward to seeing this new event. Deadend hayride, is such a blast and their daytime activities are also awesome.
Thanks for sharing!!
I was there opening night, lots of different activities definitely worth it. keep up the great work 👍
Do yall have any merch? KABI treks mascot or something?
Thanks for this!!! I am definitely going!
Of the new foods I did try I would say my favorite was a tie between the sauteed gator and the wrangler burger but my not new favorites are the corn, fried gator and pies from Minneapple Pies.
16:55 I like how the whistle Is timed correctly with the music
About how long does it take to walk through?
You can go at your own pace, for the pumpkins it takes us about an hour. Including the rest of the walk to the back and just looking around we’d be at the zoo for about an hour and a half.
I buy parking tickets already when I get there I need to rid buy too right?
I think they recommend you buy parking tickets online ahead of time. We took the park and ride bus; it was cheaper for us. You can buy discounted tickets to the Ren Fest from places like Costco, check online.
Awesome! I'll be there this weekend for the Oktoberfest Day! Originally from Missouri, but live in the Twin Cities now and really enjoyed your Ozarks videos, but never been to Branson (I'm from the Eastern Ozarks). Keep up the content and travels✌️🎶🎶🎶
Thank you! Bill's originally from the St. Louis area. Thanks for watching and we hope you have a great time at Oktoberfest.
@@KABITreks Thanks! Go Cards!!!!
Sucks i did not make it this year
Sorry to hear that, hopefully next year. Thanks for watching!
LOL 16:28
Do you recall what time of day this tour was? We’re trying to decide between morning, noon, and mid afternoon!
I was able to find our itinerary, it was a 10:45 sail time. Thanks for watching!
@@KABITreks oh that’s so kind! Thank you for doing that!
Kari you look so good in the Daisy Duck purple shade!!! I have to say too seeing Kari interact with animals is so sweet. You can tell she’s at home with animals. Her voice is just so sweet and loving.
Kari!!! In that corner behind you when you’re talking about packing cubes, you should hand hooks or nails on the wall where that calendar is and display your beautiful lounge flys!!!!
Thanks, we actually do have hooks around the ceiling, but we have to replace some.
Grey duck not goose!
Vegan free made me laugh.
that 10 dollar bacon sandwich is so sad 😭
Yeah....
Great video. Question: When did you arrive, which gate and how long did it take you to park and get in?
Thanks for watching! We took one of the park and ride buses. We got there about 9:30. The bus drop off is at the bottom of a hill from the Kings Gate. The shuttle from Canterbury Park and to get in was like 30 minutes.
Was this ever interesting!! Fabulous food!! Prices…Whoa!! Thank you 🌹
Can you really be shocked at fair pricing?
Thanks again for these wonderful fair videos ! Hope to see you there next year (Covid permitting) 😅
Thanks! And we hope you're feeling better. Here's to next year!
Gary duck is correct. 😊
Kari says, "yep!"
Best new foods?
For new foods, we both liked the Bossman at The Hideaway and the Deep Fried Ranch at Lulu's. And Bill like the Crab Boil Wings from Soul Bowl, Kari didn't get to try those.
