1st Theory: I'm pretty sure the answer to why Mrs. Set Tengen Ablaze (Nezuko) eyes are like that is because the blood was transferred straight from Smooth criminal himself. So because the blood transferred straight from Smooth Criminal it made her form look like Mr. Hee Hee. Unlike other demons who turn into demons by Upper moons, Lower moons, or just demons in general. 2nd Theory: I think somewhere in the anime it said that Smooth Criminal gave Mrs. Set Tengen Ablaze the most blood, unlike her other family members he gave them some blood but they didn't survive. When Smooth Criminal gave her lots of blood Mrs. Set Tengen Ablaze was able to turn into a demon, and her eyes are like that because she got lots of his blood. 3rd Theory: Her eyes are like that because Mrs. Knows Location of BSL (Kie her mother) was seeing other men!!!😱 And Mrs. Set Tengen Ablaze's eyes are a mix of Smooth Criminal's and Mrs. Know Location of BSL eyes so thats why her eyes are pink!!! Mr. Hee Hee got Mrs. Know Location of BSL prego and Smooth Criminal is Mrs. Set Tengen Ablaze's dad!!! So uh yeah! Then like how Smooth Criminal 💀Klls his wife he did the same with Mrs. Knows Location of BSL bcuz that's what Mr. Hee Hee does!!!

This is just my Opinion ok, I think The kamado clan is just Great on anything, like Tanjiro can Copy any kinds of breathing style, Her father can use all forms of sun breathing very greatly including the form that only Yurichi Can perform. The kamado clan also have a Strong Forehead. And because nezuko knows the style of sun breathing by watching her father perform the style and having the blood of kamados, she managed to conquer the sun itself, and because of those eyes I assumed she became A demon Empress, I've said that because only Muzan has that kind of eye. What an insane buffs, they'll have.
