Thanks for the great vlog! One question I have is about the bikes. Are most of the paths and trails flat? We have ebikes now, and I love them but we also live and ride in hilly areas. Our older hybrid bikes were fine for places like Florida where it was flat. I think I saw a mixture of regular bikes and ebikes in your video. Did some of the older folks need the ebikes or would using a regular bike be fine? I know there is a fairly significant price difference on the rental, so I'm looking at all options. Thanks!

10 years ago, it was run by a Boston based company and l was the French chef on board , all hand made foods which the guest could watch etc etc , was a great learning curve

Very nice vlog and well narrated. One suggestion for the future it would have been nice to tell viewers as much information as possible about your trip. Things like you said your hotel in Brugge was beautiful why not let people know the name of the hotel.... one thing when people travel is not knowing which hotel to book so telling everyone the name of your hotel would always help.
