Nice, but what if I want to keep the long neck? I mean the head sculpt is bald, and I don't wanna see the seam on the neck. Is that possible?

You are probably the only youtube I seen that actually explained the process nice and easy for someone with a simple brain like me. I am trying to make a anime character using the body; and had a anime head sculpt; but no way to connect it! I just bought the connectors, and this week, my 2 month project will be complete! The math on scaling is actually quite simple. However, in the future for those that want to build ANY SCALE stair case, Including wrap-around, circular, semi-circle, etc OR Straight. The easiest way, would be take the FIGURE you want to make for, and at Knee length will be roughly 2.5 steps. (regardless, you can play with the 0.5 assuming other figures are smaller Then closer to 3 steps if Larger then closer to 2 steps from FOOT to Knee) In general real Staircases are NOT the DEPTH of a person foot. Generally a tad smaller, so a person uses ball of foot for balance. HOWEVER, for scale size. Easiest to just use the size of the foot for that depth (no shoe on, of course). So now you have depth per step, as well amount of steps, only thing needed now is WIDTH. And that is a personal taste, but in general the same width as a FRONT full size door.. Regardless for scale, just use the Figures actual foot and do 2.5 to 3 wide. Now once you have understood this. Make and or draw 2 Steps. then copy, repeat for the Height you want. The height can be VARIED, by using a semi-circle, wrap around, Full circle, etc.. OR may fit perfect using STRAIGHT Stairway. (Please note: I tried to simplify the process for people that use for Dioramas, scale Figures, Etc. BUT the general math I use is based on FULL size staircases. SO, HOPE THIS SIMPLIFIED answer helps. It shouldn't take longer than a few HOURS if you have the material you want to use for stair-cases. Personally I have built and worked on FULL size scale stair-cases that did not take 60 Days, in actual Time 1 person. Takes 1, 2, MAX 3 days for the basic Staircase shown IN FULL Size. : )

I'm bulding a Max Payne figure and i found a headsculpt that kinda looks the character from the first game. The headsculpt comes with a leng neck and I'm about to slice the neck too.

That gives me hope! I found a head I really want to use in my custom. But it has that attached neck part. And I personally don’t like connector for this type of head. Especially if I’m planning to do some photos with neck/chest area exposed. I’ll try your method. Results are amazing!

hi, can you please tell me what exact TBLeague body and skintone you're using in 1:41? I bought the exact same head (Takeshi Kaneshiro) and I'm struggling with the body and you seem to have found a good skintone and body proportions for it.
