It would still be considered fictional since it ain't real but I could just imagine another much stronger verse or just write a small story on a piece of paper. (which is still considered "fiction") And make a verse much stronger than all here. It's pretty simple.

You'd need to actually make it into a verse, and have it respecteed and recognized across fiction, and only then can you begin to build it into something powerful. You need to have those things done in order to actually create a verse that matters in powerscaling like this...
