Gill Civil Engineering - East Midlands Airport Taxiway Quebec Rehabilitation - 2018
Gill Civil Engineering carried out the rehabilitation of taxiway Quebec at East Midlands Airport in February 2018.
The scope of works included:
- Breakout/removal of existing PQ concrete, lean concrete, surface water drainage and sub-base.
- Installation of the new land drain, AGL ducting, sub-base, wet lean concrete, AGL pits and Gatic slot drain.
- Lay new Sub-base, lean mix, and PQ concrete.
- All work on day shifts, in the airside working environment.
