This video was very informative! I am not an architect, I am an educator of neurodiverse learners. At 27:07, a solution I thought would be worth mentioning, is that if we teach the Ai that each component has a material ID, not like a layer, but like a building block, then it would be easier to exchange and replace for what you actually wanted. Like when you mentioned, you tried to replace 3 people with a car. If people had an ID of P1, and a car had an ID of P5, then it would know what type of piece you were looking to replace the people with. Select the item, and it would ask you what you wanted to do with it and it would provide you with a selection, and you would then choose "REPLACE or CHANGE", and then the next selection, you would choose what you wanted to replace it with. I hope that makes sense.

Replace seems ok, but I was trying to replace a finish/material. Couldn’t get it to listen to me. Retouch doesn’t allow any prompt. Recolour only changes the colour. So how to change the finish without changing the geometry like when happens when use Replace. I’m using for Interior design BTW.
