The lyric is wrong. The original talks about a girl, not about a boy as you sing, and the second and bigest mistake is whe you say; Quien te quitó a tu mai? instead of -Qué quieres ser mi mai? (Like whe you ask a child what do you wanna be when you grow up?) and she answered I'm a butterfly; Soy mariposa. It's the main meaning of the song, because the girl is not waiting for growing and become in something, she is what she want to be, already.
