ASMR Math: Abelian Groups | Abstract Algebra | iPad writing | whispering
Once upon a time I did a math degree, it was only a small one, I barely remember. Here you can see a retired mathematician struggling with a baby proof. Hope it entertains you, please don't be rude, but if you find a mistake, you're welcome to explain it in the comments, so I can pin it or smth - don't want to spread misinformation with this, this is mainly for relaxation 😬
This video includes writing on my iPad, explaining, tapping and a lot of whispered math.
I'm using the iPad Air 2020 with the 2nd Generation Apple Pencil in this
video and the app I'm writing in is Goodnotes 6. I also have a matte screen protector so writing feels and sounds nicer in my opinion.
I post ASMR math and coding content and if you have any requests, let me know and I see what I can do :)

I recorded this over a month ago, but one of you lovely people chatted with me in the live premiere of the leetcode video I believe and jokingly said I should reverse a linked list, so here we are - please tell me if I was hired based on this excellent interview performance? 🧐 Or did you fall asleep? i guess that wouldn't be good in an interview... 🥴 I post ASMR math and coding content and if y...

Sooo it's been a while since we did maths, but I enjoyed filming this a lot. After... 2 years? here is another episode of groups in the area of abstract algebra. You can find another video about them in the playlists, but in this one we look at two examples of finite groups and go over if they are indeed groups or not 👀 This video includes writing on my iPad, explaining, tapping and a lot of wh...

Hello and welcome back - yes, I was gone since November... I don't have many excuses except that I got a new job in the meantime and that change was stressful? ASMR Coding: Data Exploration of a Binary Kaggle Dataset | keyboard typing | soft-spoken
มุมมอง 2.2Kปีที่แล้ว
ChatGPT and I team up to do some data exploration on a new Kaggle Playground Series challenge (that's specifically for beginners created datasets that contain synthetically created data). This saves us from opening the bright Google browser to find the missing code snippets online. Also I was just lazy and thought it would be fun to try and see what GPT suggests for the first steps in a data pr...

I actually made a part 2?! (okay, this wasn't a big surprise, it was recorded in the same session as part 1, but I actually edited it without hate-quitting). Please endulge me for a while longer while I provide some commentary on this awesome game instead of coding on here - if you squint your eyes really hard, it's a little bit like coding. The spaghetti in this game is very visual, but happen...

Lol hi. This is not a part 2, I just started a fresh save, so if you haven't been around for the last part, that's totally fine :) I will just not say anything about future parts for this or future videos in general because clearly I cannot be trusted to upload consistently, but I'm happy to return for a bit and to hang out with you all while playing one of my favourite games ever. Continuing the project of classifying if images are from the doom or animal crossing subreddit) to practice PyTorch binary classification on image data. ASMR Coding: Practicing Computer Vision | Neural Network with PyTorch | soft-spoken live-coding

Hi, it's me again... I'm brushing up on computer vision knowledge, so I found myself a fun dataset (classifying if images are from the doom or animal crossing subreddit) to practice PyTorch binary classification on image data. This subject is a lot more fun when you don't have a test to pass next week 😅
For real - though I did kind of miss the part where someone checks my work. I was staring at my proof at the end like “uhhh no idea if this is right” 😂
@@ChromaCodeASMR Math makes us humble 😂
Love your soft spoken videos! Keep it up !
Having some fun with whispered stuff right now, but might return to soft spoken soon for a few videos maybe 🤔
Thank you for uploading your videos. They help a lot to relax and study. My favorite one is the k means video
I had to scroll to find that one, that’s was like 3 years ago 😮 glad you enjoy them, maybe I can do some ML basics again soon 💜
@@ChromaCodeASMR yeeah, I'd love, especially one explaining how random forest works.
❤❤
Glad to see you again!
Likewise 💜 glad to have a welcoming comment section
Guess who's back :)
It’s only been 37 days this time, could argue I haven’t even been gone 😂🥴
@@ChromaCodeASMR As someone who expects at least one new video per week from you, I think 37 days is a huge gap 😂
6 days since this video, I just published a new one (it's math not coding, but I hope that counts too 😊), working hard to live up to the expectations here 😁
Thank you so much!!! These are amazing!!!!
Thank you 🙏🏻 🖤
Whispered programming videos with keyboard sounds are like rare gems in the ASMR world. It is more likely to find programming videos with no talking or soft-spoken narration. I really appreciate this specific kind of content. Thank you❤
Couldn't agree more
That’s so nice of you! ❤️ I agree, lots of non-talking, which is cool too, but not much narration yet. Hope other people start too, I don’t want to watch my own videos 🙈😂
Love your vidsss
Good video ❤
Thank you!! 💜
YAY!!! i'm learning abstract algebra this semester so this video was needed. tysm & hope everything is well
Good luck with your course! 💜
She makes me want to learn math
Quick, enroll in a math degree! 😁 (jk, pls don’t, they are brutal)
Such an amazing video, I love it :)
Glad you like it!
can you describe the name of the font that you have used in google colab and by the way nice progress
I didn’t change the font 😅 it was just the default font in colab 🤷🏻♀️
I love the sound of this keyboard
Same! I even got compliments at work for it because it's not as clackity as the mechanical ones my colleagues bring to work
So relaxing~ ❤
Glad you think so!
yeah another coding video 🤩
the channel name has "Code" after all 🤷♀️ (but then I just uploaded a maths video sooo idk)

Is your company making it's own chat interface / GUI ? I would advise checking out openwebUI rather than reinventing the wheel. It runs locally and can use local models or whatever API you want such as openai or anthropic. You'll still have to do prompt engineering for custom bots though. Also, are you allowed to use anthropic and openai API keys at work? They still retain data for 30 days, including API request history, unless you've negotiated a non-rentention agreement with them. Finally, don't sleep on anthropic's new context caching feature, it's a game changer! You can make your system prompt much longer with many response examples or include full documents at basically zero cost. Thanks for being one of the only asmartist doing AI coding, the world needs more of this.
I want to share too many details, but we did use a template/open-source repo for our web interface, yes. Our frontend team then adjusted that to make it "on-brand". I'll take a look at openwebUI to see if we can maybe use some of their features in the future, thank you for that recommendation 😊 I also recently used LibreChat in my personal time, so that might be an option too. As for the API, no, we don't use normal API keys at work, this is just for personal experimentation like this video where no company data is shared. I'll have to take a look at the context caching thing, that sounds cool! Thanks for the hint
Yay, a new coding ASMR with AI stuff 😄! Yours is the only coding ASMR I listen to, found nothing similar. I really like to listen to it when coding myself.
The highest praise, thank you 😊 there’s very little commentary-coding asmr out there sadly, I hope we see some more soon 🤞🏻
yeah new coding video 🤩 my favourite kind 🤍 nice to have you back
TH-cam puts a little purple heart next to your name to mark you as a top commenter 💜 so you are in fact very welcome, hope you enjoy the video and thank you for the support! 😊 (if it stops raining, I will be recording another coding video today too)

aw, thank you!
Make a pentomino solver.
I had to google what the heck a pentomino even is - so maybe I start with solving some by hand first
I read Lego in the comments and can 100% suggest it, it’s soo good and also nice to watch. Maybe some yapping with it and it’s a goated video
Excellent, will pick some Lego out that isn't overly expensive soon
Thanks for always coming back with great content.
Glad you enjoy it! 🎉
How 'bout the continuation of the puzzle you did before....or the puzzle has already been completed offscreen :P
omg not the puzzle that collected dust laying unfinished in my office for 6 months until I finally put it all back into the box 💀 I figured out I'm not a puzzle girlie. Maybe I will do small lego set or smth next time
Hello
Hi 👋🏻
TH-cam autoplay played this video after th-cam.com/video/8NRJbIifndg/w-d-xo.html
i'm sorry but that was so funny 😂 guess YT was a bit confused on that one

What software your using for writing? Wanna know
See comments ;) It was GoodNotes 5 (now updated to GoodNotes 6), originally only on iOS, though they now have a version for android tablets too, though without Sync I think 🤔
Hi hwu :D
You have such a beautiful soothing voice.
Thank you, doing my best :D :)
love it! please do more videos like this
Will do 😊 I currently have a looot of papers about prompting on my to-read-list, so probably one of those soon.
yeah new video 🤩 nice to see that your are back 🤍
Thanks for hanging around 🖤🖤🖤
Love this!! You’re right, this style of video is vastly underrepresented
Glad you like it 😊 I’m trying to figure out how to make those better, because reading a whole paper in one session is wayyy too long but multiple sessions somehow never happen 😅
Really good content! I just got into factorio and I tend to search "<game name> ASMR" when i find a new game I love, and this really hit the spot for me. Super relaxing whispers, thank you. Any plans to continue? I know this is an old video but I'm not a programmer myself so the rest of your content is a little inaccessable for me.
Sooo, fun fact: I read your comment, really appreciated it, thought a bit about it and now there is a channel for you with a brand new Factorio episode: th-cam.com/video/PyR3vm85gJk/w-d-xo.html ⚙️ Decided to split gaming and coding, bc as much as there might be overlap, you're right and some people just might not be into both topics 🤷♀️ Hope you continue to enjoy my content and lots of fun in Factorio! Remember, the factory must grow... (and you can never have too much iron 😅)
i love all ur unboxing videos omg
i need to buy more stuff clearly 😂 filming an unboxing makes buying new tech that much more special though
Your asmr is very good
Are you a ML engineer ?
at the time my title was more Data Scientist, now it's ML/AI engineer, yes 😊 but titles are very fluid and don't say too much about skill, I'm very much still learning a lot especially about all the MLOps tools and best practices
So what exactly does this help. Sorry if this is a dumb question but should i do this and practice these after taking a python course or finish my college python class? After you finish a python class what would you recommend to do? Im not smart enough yet to make a project on my own, i end up just using chatgpt after being stuck for hours. I learn a lto from it cause i analyze the code and try to read it. Ive been getting better at reading code. But to put it to use i seem to struggle with. What these problems or leet code help out?
Her voice is so cute 😭
Can you make a video about how to setup your VS code like your? It looks so nice, i love it
I am terrified of proofs, especially the sin , cos , tan
Thank you for the great video. Do you still use the old thinkpad sometimes? What Linux distro did you use? THANKS!
Sadly, I have abandoned Linux since I got my mac, but I always used the newest LTS Ubuntu distro 😊
Glad to see you again, please keep bringing LeetCode/Hacker Hank problems ❤
I usually find your videos super relaxing but LeetCode gives me the fear! Nonetheless, welcome back 😅
lol that’s fair 😂 hopefully some of the next few videos are less fear-inducing Thank you 🖤
