Utter crap. This video doesn’t show just how difficult it is to get the back support bar in place, it doesn’t fit correctly and took two people with crowbars to clip the lip of the plastic over the metal. Save yourself the hassle and go buy a Haemmerlin Crusader wheelbarrow which already assembled and better made.

I recently was faced with the decision to buy either the DCF900 DeWalt or the 2967 Milwaukee. The two tools are nearly identical in performance but the DeWalt kit was $50 less money than the Milwaukee. I could not justify paying $50 more for the Milwaukee plus the additional tax for nearly identical performance. Both tools are incredible but DeWalt got my business on this one.

It needs TH-camrs reviews.. this is not enough, if you want me to do one let me know.

I was hoping to get an actual run down of field usage. Instead, I’ve got an opinion from someone using chromies while fastening in some kind of rook pattern. Sorry for the hate, but this review is hard to take seriously if you don’t even know what you don’t know.

Is there no 2 x 18 v?

Still unsure what to go for (not Team Red anyway) Currently using 18v Ryobi Brushless but having issues with triggers on drill/driver (won't reverse) and impact driver cuts out. both units arearound 4 years old and have been good until late. After years of employed work and now mid 50's I'm going into the Self Employed Handyman line of work. My mind is swaying between Makita or DeWalt. Looking at Drill/Driver - Impact Driver - Circular Saw - Jigsaw - & Sander (possibility of a Multitool) I'm also after an SDS drill but thinking I will keep that 240v corded..

Hmm seems fake? I have an 18v saw like the one they use, and it cuts fast and like butter. The screw test also looks the same to me to be honest, I only see the benefit of the 40v for special applications such as circular saws and chain saws or big angle grinders.

Purchase one and find it pretty good especially the various attachments though for me a bit heavy to use at height but ok with care. The small bolt / thumb screw in front of the throttle trigger fell out of mine due to vibration I guess. Never figured how it’s purpose and it’s not mentioned in manual. Decent piece of kit for the money 😊

I have a brand new one of these & ive only had a few squirts of grease then nothing, ive just followed your procedure to remove residual air got 3 squirts then nothing? You could wear a fully charged battery out & still end up with nothing?? Could it be drawing air from somewhere?

Is that a freshly poured concrete on top of wooden boards that flex? Not my kind of a showcase, that would break from a 5lbs hand mallet...

Just got me the Dewalt dcf900,planning on getting a power stack or flexvolt battery to get the EXTRA boost in case I need it.

I like the equipment, but the guy has an interesting way of speaking too. "...and a brush cutahr....a fuel mixin' bottole..."

Can't seem to work out how to fit the blade as the instruction manual is tiny print and a bit vague.

Quite frankly not really convinced by the speed increase in this video... I own both Makita and DeWalt platforms and buy best of their tools. However, no backward compatibility on Makita is kind of pushing me more towards DeWalt FlexVolt which is backward compatible i.e. can run higher capacity batteries such as 9,12 or 15AMP on existing 18V tools (currently own 3 x DW 9AMP 54V batteries and 3 x MK 6AMP 18V). Also, there are still Makita twin 18V thus 36V tools available that probably get quite close in terms of power to the 40V platform. I personally prefer Makita build quality as DeWalt feels cheaper but can't justify to take the plunge into 40V platform - it just doesn't feel right in particular from the financial perspective (unless require one of those tools that have no equivalent in 18V or twin 36V).
