Not sure if I understand your question. If you want to create a KB document then use something like google docs and get chatgpt to fully flesh it out. If you want to create a KB in agentive, click on create knowledge base on the home page and enter a name and the API key. Then upload your files on the next page. Only thing left is to go into your agent and add that knowledge base. Hope this helps!

When speaking to the restaurant, find out what system they use and then research options to either send the order to their system using an API or maybe sending a text/email to the kitchen or something if you can't integrate with their system. Every restaurant is different!

Yes I have tried GHL. They just launched their Coversational AI V2 and I think it works well but the knowledge base is limited. Agentive definitely wins there... for now.

Great questions. It depends on the system the restaurant uses for order tracking. You would have to find a way to integrate locally or using APIs or something. Vapi itself doesn't send sms texts but you can add a tool that will send the text for you. And costs completely depend on the model you choose, and whatever other integrations you're using.

@@thedanielhartcorrect. I’m exploring if it can trigger a sms workflow in GHL to send the customer an sms with link to pay. And internal notification to the sub account (fast food business) aswel as text to kitchen with the order. Hoping to create product list in stripe and but not sure if vapi can actually compile the order.

That's a great solution that tons of restaurants can benefit from. Vapi is very powerful but you'll have to get a bit creative with how you integrate tools like selecting from a product list in stripe.

From the dashboard click on '+ Create Knowledge Base' and enter in a name and add an OpenAI API key. After that click on create and then upload whatever file(s) you want in the knowledge base (you can upload up to 5 at a time). And then you can add them to an assistant.

@@meziezanga319 so you can think of agentive as a competitor for voiceflow since they’re both platforms where you can create these agents. You wouldn’t actually export this and import into voiceflow since you can deploy directly to a website, social media or custom app.

ManyChat is more for social media chatbots and you can see the live conversations the bot is having in real time. Agentive is more like ChatGPT's GPT builder where you can make a specific GPT and deploy it to a website, social media or a custom app using APIs

It took about 6-12 months to get comfortable with the market and then about 2 years after that to get consistently profitable
