The compost heat should have sterilized the seeds.
See that’s the thing! I’m not sure if to call this a compost! 😂 all I did was throw a ton of whole food. Inside of some soil never applied heat just the sun itself.

Hi Todd,this is a nice video. I have a few snake plants and I’m going to tie mine up like you did , thank you. You are so right about you never know where will go as you grow with people and plants.I started a year ago little over a year ago and recently became partner with TH-cam. I met a very nice lady who saw my videos and did we wanna see more, so I began showing more of my hobbies while dancing and smiling to help the world have better days while encouraging people to move so body doesn’t stiffen. It needs drainage holes in the pot. I think you're probably over watering it. Give it a water and then leave it to dry out before giving it more . They quite like being a bit root bound and don't need too big a pot.
