5:59 yes I feel same way. Our work is not meaningful anymore. Compliance and Micro manage

I absolutely love this podcast

I really think school psychology should be a specialized profession like doctors. Going on campusz to do counseling, assess, do crisis assessments, training all at once with being micro managed is not effective.
