You do not need to remove the tourniquet to clense the vein. You will often lose that vein if you do that. YOu may need to remove it if you can't complete the stick successfully in the 30 seconds remaining after the alcohol dries. Do NOT use cotton balls.

Oh my gosh, the women inserted too deep 😮and then releases the wings. She is supposed to hold one wing. Oh my goodness 😢 please go back to school and learn proper way.
