Anthony just cannot sing this song live. I dunno what it is but he just messes the timing up in the delivery and everything. It's like he just says the words and doesn't sing it.

@@mightyjoebean yea seriously! As soon as I heard flea say time to play real slow or whatever I was like oh here we go, we’re gonna get me and my friends! Cause he normally plays that or in this case nobody weird like me when he says that. I assumed we wouldn’t be getting nobody weird like me cause Ohio got that two weeks ago BUT I was pleasantly wrong! They decided to go for it again! That and don’t forget me and universally speaking, which I hadn’t heard live yet so I’m all for it!

@@mightyjoebean well I went to Miami for vacation in 2022 and saw them there! Then they came to Hershey in 2023 drove to there, they came to Starlake Burgettstown this year, then ohio lol. They were gonna play under the bridge at Hershey and the graphic came up too! But they for some reason decided on I could’ve lied, they even had it on the written setlist too! Ever since then, I was determined to hear it live lmaoo

It’s a darn shame too! Cause it was his white 62 modified I believe! Imo besides the falcon, that’s his best sounding guitar to me. ESPECIALLY when he plays under the bridge on it, and I think he was gonna use it tonight for that, he was using that guitar a lot more today than usual but cause it caused him issues he went with the sunburst 62 as per usual. No complaints here tho, I got to hear under the bridge and yes I did ask for dosed on their comment section. I may not have gotten dosed BUT They did play 4 songs off of btw opposed to the usual 2- 3 they do. Got to hear don’t forget me again, and universally speaking for the first time!
Ik! And it’s a shame too cause that solo was killer, he screamed the lyrics as you can hear but it’s more noticeable when watching the whole thing. He has to let out a little bit of frustration I guess lol. I’ll post the whole thing early in the morning!

Such excitement in the crowd! And is it any wonder? Under The Bridge ffs - I’d be crying my eyes out AND trying to keep my singing in tune at the same time 💝 Thank you @Jcmk2000 for sharing this with us, and so quickly too. A hugely emotional, very affecting moment.
Ofc!! As you hear me and the guy to my right, we absolutely lost it! That was my 4th time seeing them when I finally got to hear it live! Really though we would hear it at Starlake but alas it was I could’ve lied. The guy to my right was also in the same boat as me and was there too! I can’t accurately describe the feeling that you get being with a sold out crowd all experiencing that song live all at the Same time. I’ve seen many bands play many big hits but this outshined all of of those with just the emotion alone, you could feel it in the air for sure! Especially with every single person singing it, it was deafening and I’ll never forget that moment!
Oh no! During The Heavy Wing too! But as you say he recovered brilliantly being the professional he is ❤ I felt so sad for him when he had probs at Minnesota last Saturday.

@@jcmk2000yes you’re right - a mic malfunction is the problem. My apologies to AK for maligning him. (He was badly out of tune though starting verse 2 and in the last chorus, but at least he came in at the right times throughout.)
