Hi,it is not complete industrial zone but manufacturing zone.As per my knowledge these will be allocated to non polluting MSME to boost local entrepreneurship.But as you know with urbanization and increase in population in any specific area there will be slight increase in pollution.

Any idea on 100 feet roads that are connecting to the Kondakal area?

Ya there are open plot ventures in kollur,velimala,Pati.The price in these areas is 35-45k per sqyd, based on location,venture maintenance and connectivity the price varies.

This video was just a glimpse of overall developments happening in velimala,pati,patighanpur,kondakal,bhanur etc.There are many developments happening in these areas and in next couple of years this area will be filled with many villa,individual houses,high rise apartments.

Inside orr(tellapur,osman nagar)for 60 lakhs including GST and amenities it is impossible to get new apartments,but you can explore upcoming residential hubs in kollur,velimala,pati which has very good connectivity.

In tellapur and Osman nagar it is bit difficult to get but you can explore Pragathi nagar,Bachupally,Ameenpur with that budget and you will get some options.But if you want only in tellapur and Osman nagar,I will check and let you know.

Yea Pragathi nagar,Bachupally,Ameenpur are almost stagnated and water polluted to be honest as you know and suggest me a good one if you come acorss any and are you are influncer or agent and please share your phone number if you can thanks!

I think it should complete by this year end,contractor or supervisor were not available at that moment to check exact end date.
