Here you can find some Alternate Mix, Mash up and Demos restoration of Bob Marley & The Wailers that I made by isolation and mix and sometimes the best auditive source of demos I have digged.

Bob Marley & The Wailers - Mr Duppy Conqueror (Mash Up Mix)
A friend told me that the instrumental for "Mr Brown" ("Dracula" is the title of this instrumental) was originally intended for Duppy Conqueror but was rejected by Lee Perry who then used it for "Mr Brown".
And yes, the structur, pitch and tempo of the two songs are similar !
So I made this mash up to hear the sound that "Duppy Conqueror" could have had if Lee Perry had decided to validate it for this song.

Bob avait travaillé dans la soudure ( Night Shift) Il s'était blessé à un œil... Peut-être cela sur cette photo... ?
À priori il a été blessé vers 1962, il avait fait son apprentissage avant de se lancer dans la musique voilà ce que j'ai trouvé à ce propos : "En 1962, alors qu'il est en apprentissage pour devenir soudeur, il se blesse dans un accident de travail et échappe de peu à la perte d'un œil. Derrick Morgan, soudeur dans son atelier, vient de subir la même mésaventure. Il a profité de son bref congé de convalescence pour tenter sa chance auprès d'un producteur et a enregistré son premier disque. Il conseille à Nesta d'en faire autant. Issu du rythme « shuffle », du r&b et du jazz, le ska naît en 1960. Il est le symbole de l'indépendance jamaïcaine obtenue en 1962 et le jeune Marley se consacre alors à la musique. Comme Derrick Morgan il va chez les disques Beverley's et enregistre trois titres pour Leslie Kong en 1962. Il y rencontre l'adolescent Jimmy Cliff, avec qui il joue quelque peu. Deux 45 tours de ska sortent chez Beverley's, l'un sous le nom de Robert Marley, « Judge Not » puis « One Cup of Coffee », une reprise d'un succès country de Claude Gray qui sort sous le nom de Bobby Martell imposé par Kong. « Terror », qui parle du terrorisme meurtrier régnant dans les ghettos, ne sortira jamais. Mais déjà avec ces trois titres, les trois thèmes qui reviendront dans son œuvre sont là : spiritualité, amour et lutte sociale. Unfortunately I don't have a 3:20 demo with clear sound without Dermot Hussey's voice cutting the music that's why I tried to do something (fake, yes, but with a clearer sound.)
