Question for Kucht Pros : is it normal for the igniter to stay lit after the ovens gas was ignited? I have an issue on a 1 year old unit when the oven is set to heat, the burner assembly starts very slowly meaning the flame is only about 1/4 inch high if that and some of the holes flicker in and out. Meantime the igniter is ON the entire time, after maybe 8-10 minutes the full gas turns on and the flames are normal 1-2 inch but the igniter stays ON. Is this an issue with the Igniter control that it stays on, and also why would the flame be so low at the start of the ignition. Waiting 10 minutes for the full flame to kick in is not normal.

We bought our gas range in 2017. The oven igniter needs replacement yet again! All igniters have been problematic but the oven just stops working. We were told by the technician that it is inherent in the product so we tolerate it. I cook every day. We are living frugally due to illnesses and SS and USA policy attitude towards aging. So I bought the igniter now need to find someone to install it for a price I can afford. Any suggestions?

ERP IG9998 Universal Gas Range Oven Igniter (Am@zon) worked perfectly in my Kucht KRG3618U. Save the screws from the old ignitor.

I have messed with my new blue door for wayyy longer than this clip shows. I have yet to get it on right, and it should be as easy to put back on as it was to remove, but it's not, I am not sure what I am doing wrong not to get this door to install correct?

I purchase Kucht 8 burner in 2022 nothing but problems .and i am still dealing with customer service .and we are in 1-2024

I was seriously looking at this range, but all the demo videos don;t show shit about the range other than making Grilled Cheese -m on several videos. How stupid can the maker be? who buys a 6,000 range to make grilled cheese everyday?

I am beyond frustrated at this moment. I have a range I bought in Decemebr 2021 with a 4 year P&L warranty and I have gotten no where with the customer service team. (Model KRD366F2100934) The oven elements have not been working for over almost 6 weeks. I repeatedly filled out online forms for support and got crickets. I finally got a technician on facetime and we immediatley diagnosed the relay board was burned up. I replaced it myself and the oven still doesnt work. That was about a month ago. Since then I have repeatedly been on the phone with various technicians, been told the new part was ordered (which it wasn't) and now have to wait 3 WEEKS to have a technicion on site. To this poitn the "labor" part of the "parts and labor warranty" has been 100% me. I have been promised return phone calls several times and never received them. Generally the people I have talked to have been good people but I have zero results to show for it. I hesitate to go on a social media rampage and badmouth Kucht as a manufacturer, but that is where I am headed if I don't get this damn oven fixed soon.

Part numbers would be nice. I'm on my fourth ignitor for a kng361 in less than a year. Last Kucht tech I spoke with stated I was installing it incorrectly, even though I used this video as the guide for the installation. As noted in another comment, it has to be bent away from the direct flame. This video does not even mention that. It also ignores the fact that it failed from the factory installation within 8 weeks for, I can only assume, the same 'mis-alignment'. Great range, but poor design on this ignitor.

Do not buy anything from the Thor company bought a stove 4 months ago and it has not worked in too much horrible customer service do not go through what I have been through still is not fixed and they're not interested in fixing it

Ours is less then a year old and the ice maker stopped working. We are waiting to here from the manufacture to see if they will repair and stand behind the warranty. 12-10-21.
