I just managed to find one online an hour ago 😆 I ordered it. I.was one when Superman came out so I didn't really know him until dad told me Superman 3 was coming out. And one scene that burned into my memory was Superman 3 when Clark was fighting drunk Superman in the junkyard and when he stood up and ripped open that shirt and the John Williams score came up......oh man!!!! Awesome! I don't know if it's because I'm getting older or what, but it doesn't seem like movies hit like that anymore. People get caught up in the CGI and technicalities of it all, which are amazing, but Christopher Reeve and the crew made us believe a man could fly.

Actually, the retail on this was like $30/$40 back then. They made so many that it went overstock and that’s when it got discounted down. I should know, I bought 10 of them. I have one on display for myself, the rest are still in boxes.

I am just getting back into collecting Superpowers stuff. There is a lot of inconsistency for sure. Like the gate/stance. Some are very narrow while others maintain the 80's heroic stance that is wider.

I hear ya. I'm still waiting on the Killer Croc glow in the dark and the camo tumbler I preorder off Amazon back in May! I'm still kind of hopeful I'll get one since they haven't cancelled it...yet.

I often pre order through Amazon only to find that same figure in stock at GameStop weeks before it's scheduled to ship. I purchased a GameStop pro membership for $25.00 which gives me $5.00 a month off store purchases. Much less expensive all around, the pro membership pays for it's self.

I collect WWE figures and occasionally, I will order something off of Amazon and that same thing has happened several times. It will say arriving today by 10 PM when it hasn’t even shipped . It’s super annoying, especially when it’s an Amazon exclusive, and you’ve already been waiting for several months.

Had similar experiences. I prefer ordering on Amazon because I can buy Amazon gift cards to pay for my stuff instead of using my credit or debit card. It like a preorder isn’t even a guarantee you’ll get the item. The whole reason most of us have to buy online is because of poor distribution and exclusives. Definitely a factor that takes the fun out of the hobby. I’m glad I’m to a point that I have what I’m happy with to represent my fandoms. If I want to swap it with something new, at least being content won’t make me give I. To FOMO.

Hello. First time here. Your video popped up in my feed. My Amazon orders either get pushed back or canceled almost every time for McFarlane figures. While on the other hand, I often get McFarlane figures directly from them before reviews start popping up. I recently got Darkseid so early I didn't know if the problem with the arms popping off was QC or a design issue on everyone's because there were no reviews for over a week.

Oh . I CLD write a BOOK on what's messed uP w preorderS! So..I just don't do em. Oh! That drives me crazy!!!! When others get the Toys way WAY earlier! Even 2mos. At some time. (Oh .I've gotten many deliveries at 8-10 pm..) So? I either find who has it early!(POPOLOCO toys...is great for that. And..the 'Toy Snowman' So. Yessir. I hear YOU loud and clear. And.YUP! I agree with being happy to have a Black Manta in my collection. The vehicles have been great so far. Brainiac's ship is one that I have wanted since the original line in the 1980's. Like you, I have picked up only certain figures but really like the ones I have with classic detective Batman and Sinestro being favorites.
