[WORLD RECORD] - Tower of Impossible Movement in 11:09.52
Absolutely, what a ride!
The idea of just speedrunning a terryfying tower still seems totally unrealistic to me, much less a tower like ToIM.
Originally beaten on 5/16/2021, from that moment on it became my favorite tower, more than anything because of its purist gameplay. Almost 4 months of grinding made it possible for the first completion, and now in two days I achieve the world record in a speedrun.
About the speedrun experience I would've to say I had a bit of bad luck. In my first attempts I reached floor 9 like 3 times and then my consistency went away little by little, which led me to have to take a break and continue grinding the next day.
And so in less than an hour I managed to beat it lol.
I simply feel very satisfied to take this burden off my shoulders and proud to achieve this run, although if I had not failed floor 7 outside twice I would have achieved a much better time. Without a doubt a sub 10 speedrun is totally possible.

Honestly compared to how much I suffered on other Master+ stages this stage felt very tame, safety nets on all the parts where its easy to fail. Even 379 felt harder
yea i agree, the difficulty dropped considerably in this last stage although it was a really fun stage to beat tbh
@@doppelganger2409 agreed, less torture more fun skill check on some tough jumps. 379 was harder imo just because you have your "skill check" jumps like only a minute into the stage which just made it annoying to complete

I got early in master + months ago but the gameplay in the obby is too rng, inconsistent and overall annoying for me to find it fun so I got bored and quit
