No problem. I'm being for real. I appreciate when museums have the old timers explaining stuff on TVs, etc..Feels like they're still there in person. Great to hear that guy's voice still echoing throughout the ship.

Yeah thats one thing we always have to put into account is the families that were destroyed as well . I couldn't imagine that and I'm sure he never got over it., we use the term "MEN " loosely ...they were kids ,boys who were forced to become men .

@GrampsWizarding I'm a big history nut when it comes to WW2. Still lots to learn. But I recently watched The Pacific and I want to watch the Band of Brothers

@GrampsWizarding would love to talk to someone regularly who has the same interest in ww2 as me and someone I learn from on things even I don't know

@@DIXONSA2001 heck yeah im in I could talk ww2 all day . I'm a big history nut but military history is my favorite as well as ww2 . My goal in the next 10 years is to hit up every Ship Museum (minus California unfortunately) last year I toured the USS Yorktown (essex class) Carrier. I say that because somebody once said the Yorktown went down at the Battle of Midway which I'd correct thus is the 2nd one they named in honor of the other 😆. Also in like 2 weeks ill be touring BB64 (you know what ship that is ????

@@DIXONSA2001 awesome that's really cool , when the Pacific came out it didn't do that well compared to band of brothers that came out years earlier but I'm really glad it's on Netflix streaming and I hear it's doing really well on it and i like that because the Pacific theater is really not talked about ad much with regards to WW2 it's usually Pearl harbor and that's the extent for most so I'm glad the 1st marines and the Navy gets their due. 2nd I'm glad you watched Pacifc 1st it's definitely a lot darker , not that band of Brothers isn't but there is something darker to me about the Pacific but You'll love Band of Brothers and then that's where you'll get to learn about the ARMY and How those boys jumped into enemy lines, Ez Company and early days of Paratrooping .... and last you gotta read : With the Old Breed: At Peleliu and Okinawa Book by Eugene Sledge one of the main characters of the Pacific series it'll give you more insights into the mind of what a soldier went through . Sorry that was long but like I said i could talk all day about it

Thanks for watching hmmm good question but yes pipeline is my personal #1 at SeaWorld Orlando plus I love standing coasters and it's super smooth but I ❤️ Macko (#2) good speed and pacing then Manta for me , I'm not a huge fan of laying down coasters my least favorite unfortunately would be Ice Breaker. I think its a fun ride but the design of the ride makes the operations so slow.

Thanks buddy I appreciate you saying that I agree I really think Navy Ship Museums are pretty cool and the history they offer is incredible, I'm not if you are in Fla but there are some good ones, really unless you don't live anywhere near the ocean there will be a cool one close to you

Oh I think you are correct I see it now ...funny I never noticed. 😅 But Yes Definitely Wear Good Comfortable shoes. Last year I filmed the Yorktown and when we were deep down in the belly there was this woman wearing high heels she was regretting it
