I don’t think u channeled heart or crown chakra on you tube yet either? The throat is where I feel I have most blocks so I’m excited to see this! Its v synchronisation as I’m aware of effect of energy leaks, no voice, very severe ME. I hadn’t directly linked the energy leaks to throat chakra tho so this v helpful. I got the most horrible indigestion and burning in throat at same point both times listening t9 this. Focusing on will power meditation and love Thank you Jack and blue dragon ✨

Thank you for this teaching Jack and Riding Rose Dragons. I listened last week twice and have been doing the clearing techniques. I particularly love “leave empty handed”.
