1. Preacher curls 4x10. 2. Incline curls 4x10 (drop set) bien inclinadito pa que se estire esa vaina al máximo. 3. Opcional: Curl de polea con lazo 3x8 con peso bien exigente hasta que llore el biceps para rematar bien. 4. Pa la casa xD
