The 1000 $ you keep referring to, for your information is the salary of a graduate assistant ie a person with only a Bachelors Degree, which is the entry point into the university teaching, and upon completion of the Masters program one would be promoted to the next entry level. The Ass lecturer and tutorial fellowship could also be possible entry points for those interested but with MSc. Direct entry is there but you must have completed your doctor of philosophy degree to join university to the lecturer position. As you go higher also the income goes higher. I can assure you that no lecturer can accept 1000 $ for a pay. Bro Dons have a class and agitation for higher pay does not spell misery.
