No you are most defiantly not alone for sure however it can be one of the most loneliest experience even if we are living with people or have support around us. So many people are going through it at this time - yet many will choose not to. I love your phase 'Gutted and renewed from the inside out" it is exactly that and I feel that it happens in stages and more of the renewal process is yet to come and we have that to look forward to and step into more and more. Hahaha hasn't October been an whooper of a month so far.... lol All the hidden ghost are coming out to play ...lol👻👻👻

I love it and how cool is it that you felt the 4th theme in your heart that feels like the heart opening energy working through you. One of the things I have learnt about the connection with true self that it is always there and that it's in everything we are and do. Yet, it can be a process of truly embodying it and that's about removing the layers of conditionings and programmes... the dynamics is so simple yet we humans over complicate it. It is so easy to operate from the outside in vs inside out and difficult to honour ourselves and progress we have made. I feel that many of us have not been taught this. I feel the energy that is coming is going to help us with this. Like we get a booster in a form of new code that resets our operating system😄 Question is do we have the courage to let go of our old stories and beliefs about ourselves that feed the lower vibrations like victim consciousness. Even if is a small teeny tiny yes the universe is really going to help us. When we start to understand our human experience on a more soul/universal level things start to fall into place this does not mean that we bypass the human experience we fully embrace all the feelings, thinking patterns and programmes and surrender to it all. Oops a daisy I went off on ramble there. I hope that makes sense and lovely to see and feel your presence here. BIG HUGS🤗❤💕🤍

Wow Mel - I don't know what to say. I read this on Tuesday and it left me absolutely speechless. Thank you so very much firstly for watching these insights and for sharing your kind words of reflection here. It means the world to me on so many levels that I can't even articulate. Thank you! Hahaha yes the quantum leaps and timelines bits were a bit funny I totally went off in a particular direction 🙈😜 Also I can relate to wanting to be time travel totally inspired by Quantum Leap series in the 90's :) I am exciting to see how things evolve this month it really does feel like a positive tuning point for many of us!

Yeah those things that stand out to you are really big things and I think so many of us are mentally grappling with it (including myself) I feel this is where we potentially get stuck in the knowing (step 3 part of theme 1) can't quite step out enough to witness our own judgements of ourselves with tender kindness & compassion. it is so easy yet it isn't so until we can surrender ♥♥♥
