These cities are no match to Nairobi, Dares Salam, and Addis ababa in development, cleanliness and modernity. Lagos is huge but most of the areas look like ordinary town the only decent places are Ekoye and Victoria Island but can't match the cities I mentioned. Abuja is just bare and empty tho it has a good road network. It lacks many things regarding social services, transportation and water in many areas of the city. North, East and South African regions are more developed and modern than the western region.
