It’s certainly another tool to use in some situations. But it having a significant fisheye frame, there may be a bit of work in post to make it less obvious. The extra you get in the frame can be useful I think for groups shots or action up close. I’ve ordered one and of all things; I’m in Ontario Canada. DJI shipped from China and I received a phone call from their Los Angeles office to tell me it’s on its way and when I should expect it. I mean, who does that? I can attest to other times I reached out to DJI for information I needed and these nice people answer you immediately. Whether via email, phone and even on forums. This is a company that has got big fast. And with customer attention like this, you can see why. I have an instant feeling of loyalty to a company that treats me this way, plus has provided me with reliable, great quality toys to get me through my adult life. I hope they never change in this regard. Not sure I know of another company in my experience that hits all these boxes. Anyways, I’m loving my Action 5 and looking forward to using this lens. Thank you for giving us a taste of what to expect with this lens.

How did you source out the fov lens from China to SG? And on the other camera are you using the default lens that came with it?
