Cassava flour won't give you the good crunchy bagiyas that will be liked my your clients. I would advise you use gram flour along with some soya flour and other flours that I mentioned in my bagiya video so as you cut down on the input. Thanks for watching.

Yes it's expensive Although I have ever bought it in a supermarket at around 12k-15k a kg.

You gram flour/besan flour instead. Use soya flour along with other flours like gram flour. With gram flour, you can use it on its own alone you don't have to mix it with other flours.
